Benfield just the Cuppa for Carl

Carl Moffett, formerly Finance Director with North East family business Ringtons Tea, has joined Benfield Motor Group’s Contract Hire Team in the new position of General Manager.

Based in Benfield’s new Corporate Offices in Newcastle, along with his new colleagues, Carl is delighted to be joining Benfield.

A qualified Accountant, Carl brings a wealth of experience with him having also previously worked as the Operations Leader for Vardy Contract Hire, managing a fleet size of over 11,00 units !!

Speaking about his appointment, Carl say’s “I’m delighted to join Benfield during these exciting times. The Contract Hire Business has real potential for growth and I’m looking forward to growing and developing the business for Benfield. My previous experience in the Motor Industry and Finance experience with Ringtons Tea should put me and my new team in a good position to achieve this.

“I also love and have a passion for cars and the lure of a return to the motor industry with Benfield was too great.” he added.

Carl is 37, married to Jo and has two young girls Sophie 6 and Maisie 10 months.
